The FizzWizz is an automated carbonation system that streamlines forced carbonation for craft beverages and manages head pressures during packaging. It ensures consistent carbonation - saving time, reducing CO2 consumption and product waste.

 

Carbonation Mode 

The FizzWizz regulates CO2 input by monitoring temperatures and pressures, adjusting for CO2 solubility. It allows CO2 to flow until the desired saturation is reached, then maintains that pressure or the tank can be sealed so the FizzWizz can be transferred. For quality carbonation, a low flow rate should be set using the BrewWizz app CO2 Stone Flow Rate Calculator, which considers stone size, porosity, along with product volume and style.

 

Head Pressure Mode

When ready for packaging, the FizzWizz can be set to Head Pressure mode. This inputs CO2 during packaging to maintain consistent pressure, enabling efficient operation of packaging equipment and minimizing product loss.

 

Remote Monitoring 

The FizzWizz Bubbles Anywhere Edition allows remote monitoring and logging of each batch via a web app. This facilitates quality control, remote technical support, and alerts for issues like CO2 depletion, leaks, or overheating.

 

Fittings Description 

The FizzWizz connects to any carbonation tank, including fermentation vessels/ uni-tanks. BrewWizz offers three fitting kits for reliable tank connection, and it is recommended that they are dedicated per tank.

 

Fittings Details - Stone Modification Kit

The Stone Modification Kit is a custom check valve with zero-crack pressure and an isolation valve at a 90-degree angle. It prevents product backflow into the FizzWizz, discharges during accidental CO2 line disconnections, and reduces equipment collision risks. The isolation valve enables tank sealing when disconnecting the CO2 line. (This package of the FizzWizz and fittings will service one tank. Additional fittings can be purchased separately to service additional tanks.)

*Includes arm base fitting with isolation valve to support the connection of the FizzWizz sight glass. This allows for head pressure readings during carbonation mode and CO2 input during head transfer/packaging mode.
